Glue for Broken Hearts campaign concept shines among entries in the advertising's most prestigious international award.
CALABASAS, California (Tuesday, May 29, 2007) — In 2006, advertising agency Team One in El Segundo developed a series of campaign images to promote Lava Bar pre-melted chocolate. Under direction of Creative Directors Ralph Watson and Grant Holland, the poster campaign was developed by Director Chris Graves, Copywriter Kathy Hepinstall and illustrated by Bubi Au Yeung. Although the campaign has not yet been used publicly by Lava Chocolate LLC, Team One submitted their entry into the 2006 Clio™ Awards program. The Clio™ Awards represents the cream of global advertising back to the 1960s. The series of poster images developed for the campaign, "Dog," "School" and "Gorilla" are shown below:
