Brief Description of Product:
The Lava Bar™ is a flexible film, foil-lined squeezable pouch containing 70-grams (2.5 oz) of gourmet Lava Chocolate™. A perforation at the top of the pouch enables chocolate lovers to easily tear open the Lava Bar and squeeze the liquid Lava Chocolate into their mouths (an added fun factor).

The Lava Chocolate may be easily dissolved in milk shakes, coffee or hot milk; or served as a topping for ice cream, fresh fruit, cookies or brownies. The Lava Chocolate is gourmet quality, 100% natural with no preservatives, and blended from the finest alkali process chocolate liquor.

Lava Bars are Kof-K Kosher Dairy Certified. Each Lava Bar contains 2 servings of approximately 35 grams each. View the list of ingredients here.

Lava Chocolate LLC :
The Lava Bar is produced by Lava Chocolate LLC, of Calabasas, California. Initial volume production began in mid-June 2006. Where Sold: The Lava Bar can be purchased at our online store.

Management:
President and Chief Executive Officer of Lava Chocolate, LLC and the creator of the Lava Bar is Kenneth J. Berke, who also is a practicing attorney specializing in corporate law and mergers & acquisitions.

Chief Financial Officer is Mauricio Braun. For the previous 11 years, Mr. Braun was CFO and a major shareholder of LGS Reports, Inc., a provider of information disclosures in connection with residential and commercial real estate transactions. LGS was sold to The First American Corporation late last year.

Brief Background:
Mr. Berke has been dabbling with chocolate recipes since childhood. Development of the recipe for the Lava Bar was a three-year process before flavor, texture and packaging met his standards in 2006. All of the development work was done during off hours, with a thriving law practice taking up most of Mr. Berke's time during the day.

In memory of his father, Rodney, who stimulated Mr. Berke's interest in chocolate recipes, Lava Chocolate, LLC, will donate a portion of its net income to leukemia research.
